Chairman - Carol Robinson
Objective: To oversee the effective running of the Company, both short term and long term, and to represent the Company publicly.
The Chair person will ensure this through:
Planning the AGM and EGMs according to the constitution
Chairing committee meetings
Representing the Company at all public events
Dealing with dignitaries, special guests and VIPs
Leading research into potential shows for selection
Membership Manager - Caroline Roper
Objective: To recruit, welcome and maintain communications with members and friends of the Company.
The Membership Manager will do this through:
Acting as the main point of contact for all members
Meet and greet potential and new members as part of the Welcoming committee!
Managing the joining process and membership admin, subs etc
Keeping in touch with all members and 'Friends of Andover Musical Theatre Company' by letter, email etc.
Organising events for members and friends
Production Manager - Denyse Coles
Objective: To ensure that Company's productions are planned and managed effectively, so that all resources are optimised, good communications are maintained, and the committee is kept informed of progress.
The Show production Officer will be responsible for:
Appointing key show personnel e.g. director, MD
Appointing key back stage personnel, eg. Light & sound technicians, stage crew
Sourcing the Music scores etc
Costumes, wigs & make-up
Scenery & props
Theatre Manager - Linda Bagnall
Objective: To ensure that audience and patrons have a positive experience when attending Company productions.
The theatre Officer will be responsible for:
Liason with The Lights theatre for all bookings
Managing tickets for members
Managing the front of house team
Organising the raffle
Treasurer - Kizzy Romer-Lee
Objective: To ensure that the finances of the Company are managed in a way that meets legal requirements and good business practice and that members of the Society are aware of its current financial situation.
The Treasurer will ensure this through:
The preparation of financial forecasts to support the Company's long term strategy
The preparation of operational budgets
Opening and maintaining bank accounts
Organising and maintaining the investment of Company monies and keeping books
Marketing Manager - Louise Ellison
Objective: To promote the Company in general and market each production.
The Marketing Officer will be responsible for:
Overall image of the Company, logo and branding, website and merchandise etc
Ad hoc events
Secretary - Martin Lambert
Objective: To ensure the effective administration of the Company.
The Secretary will do this through:
Bookings, contracts and general administration
Taking minutes of all meetings
Child licences and organising chaperones*
